摘要
2005年,宝钢1450连铸生产中发现结晶器长边铜板使用过程中镀层产生微裂纹,铜板平均过钢量下降到500炉。作者分析了铜板镀层裂纹的形态,找出了裂纹发生的规律,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行热分析计算,温度场显示铜板冷却不足,在分析验算的基础上,作者提出了冷却水槽改制的解决方案,该方案实施后取得了明显的效果,连铸结晶器铜板过钢量至少提高了20%。
Micro-cracks is generated on cladding in term of Baoshan steel 1450 unit continuous casting copper plate production ,average amount of copper dropping to 500 steel furnace. The paper studies the state of these cracks and finds out their common laws. With the help of finite elements analysis software, ANSYS, it calculates heat analysis calculation temperature field indicating that cooling deficiency of copper plates did not work well. Based on analysis and computation, it presents solution of cooling slots modification which performs well during practical utilization with volume of steel of continuous casting copper plate on 20% rise.
