Gerstmann综合征15例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 15 Patients with Gerstmann Syndrome

目的分析Gerstmann综合征的临床特点。方法回顾性分析15例Gerstmann综合征的临床资料。结果15例均有失写、失算、手指失认、左右辨别障碍,除此四主征外,4例有不完全运动性失语,3例有命名性失语,2例有感觉性失语,4例有失用,2例有失读,1例有同向偏盲。病变部位全部位于优势半球,其中左额顶叶8例,左颞顶叶4例,左顶枕叶2例,右颞顶叶1例(左利手)。结论Gerstmann综合征多合并四主征外的其他表现,其病变部位主要在优势半球顶额颞交界区。

Objective To analyze clinical features of patients with Gerstmann syndrome（GS）. Methods We retrospectly analysed the clinical features of 15 patients with Gerstmann syndrome. Results They all had agraphia,acalculia,the tetrad of GS-finger agnosia and left-right disorientation,4 patients accompanied by incomplete aphasia,3 by anomic aphasia,2 by wernicke aphasia,4 by apraxia,2 by alexia and 1 by homonymous hemianopia. The lesion all had Localized to the dominant hemisphere,8 cases localized to the left frontal-parietal lobe,4 cases to the left temporal-parietal lobe,2 cases to the left parietal-occipital lobe and 1 cases to the right temporal-parietal lobe（the left handed person）. Conclusion GS almost has other clinical manifestations besides 4 major symptoms,the lesion is mainly localized to the parietal- frontal-temporal lobe of the dominant hemisphere.
