摘要
以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)是目前国际上医学教育流行的一种教学模式。本文结合临床检验血液学的特点,在实验教学中尝试在以问题为基础,病例导入式教学与传统教学比较,采用问卷调查和考试成绩相结合的形式对教学效果进行评估。结果表明,病例导入式教学法在临床检验血液学的教学中可获得良好的教学效果。
Problem-based learning (PBL) has become a popular teaching pattern. Case introducing teaching was Used for our clinical laboratory hematology course.We compared this method with lecture based learing with examination and table analysis. The teaching effect of case teaching is superior to that of the lecture based learing model.
