摘要
目的探讨高频超声对老年性白内障的临床诊断价值。方法高频超声探头直接探查法。观察晶状体形态及内部回声,玻璃体、球壁及球后组织情况。结果125例老年性白内障患者210只眼球,晶状体皮质均不同程度增厚、回声增强。单纯性晶状体病变80只眼球,占38.1%,合并其他眼病130只眼球,占61.9%;其中玻璃体病变125只眼球,占59.5%;视网膜脱离5只眼球,占2.4%。结论高频超声对白内障及并发症有明确的显像,对指导临床治疗、降低手术风险具有重要的意义。
Objective To study the value of high frequency ultrasound in clinical diagonsis of senile cataract. Methods We used high frequency ultrasound probe head direct detection to observe the structure of the eye lens, inner echo, vitreous body, eyeball wall and the structure behind the eyeball. Results Among 210 eyes of 125 senile cataract patients,all the lens showed different degrees of thickening and echo enhancement. 80 eyeballs were of simple lens lesion(38.1%), and 130 eyeballs were of cataract complications(61.9%), in which 125 eyeballs showed simple lens lesion (59.5%) and 5 eyeballs showed retonal detachmont(24% ). Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound shows clear imaging of types and complications of cataract and has significance in directing treatment and reduing the risk of operation.
