为了以科学发展观统领高等医学教育全局,进一步提高高等医学教育质量,构建具有中国特色社会主义高等医学教育体系,办好人民满意的高等医学教育,我们对山东省7所高等医学院校发展目标定位进行了调查,明晰了目前高等医学院校发展目标及科学定位的概况,并提出了落实发展目标的思路。
