摘要
阐述了中国进行土地整理的必要性，分析了当前土地整理中存在的误区以及引起的问题，就土地整理环境影响评价的意义做了论述，根据土地整理和环境影响评价相关理论，提出土地整理环境影响评价的内涵。介绍了土地整理环境影响评价的指标体系和方法，并给出建议。
The article introduced the necessity of Land consolidation project in china, then analyzed the weaknesses and problems caused in the field of Land consolidation project in our country.
