摘要
农村的环境问题受规模化畜禽养殖、农田径流、农村非农工业企业等多方面动态的因素制约，进而凸显出农村环境保护管理工作的特点：复杂性、动态性和明显的区域性，涉及多部门、多学科、多领域、多地区，因而必须加强农村环境的管理。笔者对农村环境管理的措施有一定的借鉴意义。
