摘要
目的:探讨CT灌注成像对脑胶质瘤术后复发放疗疗效评估的临床应用价值。方法:对17例脑胶质瘤术后复发患者于放疗前及放疗后3个月行CT灌注成像扫描,计算出病灶的最大相对局部脑血容量(rCBV)值、最大相对局部脑血流量(rCBF)值和最大相对毛细血管表面通透性(rPS)值。结果:17例脑胶质瘤术后复发病例放疗前肿瘤区的rCBV值、CBF值和rPS值高于正常脑组织(P〈0.01)。其中10例放疗后rCBV值、CBF值和rPS值与放疗前相比,显著下降(P〈0.05),另7例放疗后无明显变化或有轻度升高,但无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:CT灌注成像可作为评估脑胶质瘤术后复发放疗效果的一项重要指标,并对放疗靶区的准确勾划有一定帮助。
Objective To investigate the value of CT perfusion to the evaluation of radiotherapeutic effect on recurrenc gliomas. Method CT perfusion were performed respectively before radiotherapy and 3 months after radiotherapy in 17 patients with recurrenc gliomas. The relative values of regional Ct3V(rCBV). regional CI3F(rCBF) and regional permeability of surface area pruduct(rPS) of the gliomas and cerebral tissues opposite to the recurrenc gliomas were computed. Resul In 17 patients with recurrenc gliomas, the rCBV . rCBF and rPS of the gliomas before the radiotheraphy were increased to the cerebral tissues opposite to the gliomas (P〈0. 01). Three months after the radiotherapy, rCBV .rCBF and rPS significantly decreased in 10 patients (P〈0.01). The rCBV .rCBF and rPS of the gliomas increased to diferent extents after radiotherapy in 7 patients. Conclusion CT perfusion is a good method to evaluate the radiotherapeutic efect on the recurrenc gliomas.
