胃肠道间质瘤的CT影像诊断探讨

目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤的CT影像特征。方法：对2003年12月～2008年6月收住院的胃肠道间质瘤患者，经CT诊断并与手术病理结果比较。结果：经CT检出胃肠道间质瘤患者35例，经手术和（或）病理检查，30例相符，应用CT诊断胃肠道闻质瘤的准确性为85．7％。结论：CT是一种检查方便、迅速的诊断手段，易为患者接受；且具有密度分辨力高、图像清晰，使被检组织解剖关系更加明确等优点，提高了病变的发现率，对胃肠道间质瘤有重要诊断价值，值得临床推广使用。

Conclusion： CT is a convenient and rapid diagnosis of inspection, easy for patients receiving, High resolution and density, make clear, the image can be more clear organizational structure, improve the advantages of the lesion detection rate, gastrointestinal stromal tumor have important diagnostic value, it is worth popularizing.
