摘要
目的：探讨BC-5500血液分析仪三种检测模式的差异。方法：利用BC-5500血液分析仪的自动全血，开放全血，开放预稀释三种模式同时检测200分血液标本的WBC，RBC，Hb，Hct，MCV，PLT等6参数，比较自动全血模式分别与开放全血、开放预稀释的差异。结果：自动全血模式与开放全血模式、开放预稀释模式的各项指标无显著性差异，P〉0．05。结论：BC-5500血液分析仪的三种模式检测标本相关性好，适用于大量标本的检测。
Objective To BC-5500 hematology analyzer in three different detection modes. Methods The use of BC-5500 automated hematology analyzer whole blood, whole blood and opening up, open at the same time the three models pre-dilution testing blood samples of 200 points WBC, RBC, Hb, Hct, MCV, PLT 6 parameter model comparison of whole blood were automatically whole blood and open, open pre--dilution differences.
