摘要
由于林业行业的特殊性和长期以来的管理规制,社会资金进入林业还存在着诸多问题,如信息不对称,预期不确定,投资风险大等。要实现林业的科学发展,必须疏通社会资金进入林业的渠道,建立相关规制,防范风险,规范运营,减少不确定性,使林业更加充分地融入到社会经济的循环体系之中,为社会提供出更好的生态产品、物质和文化产品。
It has a fundamental significance to attract funds in the hands of the general public to invest forest. Due to particularity of forest and regulations from government, a great of problems have to be faced to the investors, such as information failure, uncertain events, investment risk. New order to a scientific forestry development way, in which forestry will fully join into social economic circle system, should be established to provide facilitation to investors to reduce investment venture in order to yield a lot of ecological, substantial and cultural production,
