经尿道前列腺汽化联合电切术电切综合征的防治体会

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)联合经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)发生电切综合征(TURS)的原因及处治对策。方法:针对160例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者施行TUVP、TURP术,发生经尿道电切综合征(TURS)先兆5例。回顾分析手术、监护及临床资料。结果:5例TURS先兆症状患者,经积极处理后症状消失,未出现死亡病例。结论:在术中采取综合防治措施,可以有效预防经尿道前列腺电切综合征(TURS)的发生。

Objective:To Analyse the risk factors and treatments of transurethral resection syndrome (TURS) at transurethral electrovaporization ablation of prostate (TUVP). Methods : TUVP\TURP was undertaken in 160 cases of symptomatic BPH patients. 5 cases have presymptom of transurethral resection syndrome. Results:There was no patients died and no transurethral resection syndrome (TURS) cases noted. Conclusions: Comprehensive treatment measures could reduce occurrence rate of TURS.
