肝纤维化患者雌激素水平变化的研究
摘要
肝硬化患者在病程中常伴随性激素代谢异常，特别是男性患者多出现血清雌激素水平提高，同时出现女性化特征，如体毛呈女性化分布、乳房发育、蜘蛛痣、肝掌等，因此，雌激素与肝纤维化形成的关系有待进一步深入研究。
