提高大红山铜矿铜精矿品位试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 由于大红山铜矿原矿性质与开采初期相比发生了变化,使浮选的铜精矿品位仅为21%~23%。通过试验研究分析,影响铜精矿品位的主要原因是铜矿物与黄铁矿、石英等杂质的连生体增加。经过多方案探索,采用粗精矿再磨的方法使铜精矿品位从24.18%提高到了28.66%,并利用小型试验结果开展连续扩大试验,使铜精矿品位由20.71%提高到28.30%。从技术上解决了生产中铜精矿品位不高的问题。 In Dahongshan copper mine, the nature of run-of-mine ore has changed compared to that in its initial exploitation stage, and this has resulted a grade of copper concentrate flotation of only 21%~23%. Many research and analysis indicate that the main reason affecting the grade of copper concentrate is the increase of intergrowth of impurities such as pyrite and quartz with copper minerals. By various programs, we had improved the grade of copper concentrate from 24.18% to 28.66% by regrinding of raw concentrate, and from 20.71% to 28.30% by carrying out continuous extended test using the results of small-scale tests. In this way, we have provided technical solution to the problem of low copper concentrate grade in production.
