摘要
安徽某铜硫矿石黄铜矿与脉石关系密切,以中、细粒嵌布为主的粗、中、细、微极不均匀嵌布,现采用优先选铜—选硫工艺,生产指标不理想,通过试验研究,对工艺流程进行优化,研制高效铜捕收剂BJA,铜中矿选择性再磨,有利于细粒级铜矿物的回收,铜回收率提高2.04%,使用新型硫抑制剂B1低碱度下实现铜硫分离,并且有利于后续作业回收硫矿物,B1无毒,药剂成本与石灰工艺比较基本持平,矿山外排废水碱度将降低。
