摘要
采用浮选方法从某钾盐矿中回收氯化钾产品,研究在不同磨矿粒度条件下的浮选效果,试验结果表明该钾盐矿中KCl的解离粒度约为1.0mm,并在磨矿细度为D95=1.0mm条件下取得了较好的浮选指标,试验流程为粗选开路试验,以及一次粗选、两次精选开路试验,最终获得品位95.5%、回收率88.12%的精选精矿。产品质量可达国家优质钾肥产品标准。为该钾盐矿的大规模开发利用提供了可靠的技术保障。
KC1 recovery from one postash by method of flotation. And study on the flotation efficiency in different grinding fineness. The result show that the dissociation particle size of this postash approximately 1.0 mm and the preferable outcome of flotation acquired in D95=1.0 mm. The experiment process flowsheet is one sect open-circuit flotation and one roughing-two cleaning open-circuit flotation. The grade of the cleaning concentrate is 95.5%, and the recovery of the cleaning concentrate is 88.12%.
