用乙硫氮提高青海某氧化铜矿铜精矿指标的研究 被引量:3

摘要 氧化铜资源的回收一直被认为是选矿界的难题,但随着铜矿资源的逐渐减少,难选氧化铜回收技术的开发与研究,就具有十分重要的意义。青海某氧化铜矿铜含量低,氧化率高,且嵌布粒度很细,含泥量大,采用传统的捕收剂都没有达到理想的选矿指标,经过采用新型高效螯合捕收剂与乙硫氮组合使用,使得铜精矿品位达到23.52%,回收率达到73.87%。该工艺流程简单,指标稳定,值得推广和进一步研究。 Recycling copper oxide resource is be known for a difficult problem in dressing circles, but in the wake of reducing of copper resource gradually, the researches and developments of refractory copper oxide recovery techniques, have fundamental significance. Copper content of Qinghai copper oxide is low,oxidation rate is high, moreover structure of ore is thin, and sediment percentage is large, adopting conventional collector can't come up to perfect index, using assorted collector new type highly active chelation and sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate, obtain copper concentrate grade above 23.52%, coefficient of recovery above 73.87%. This process flow is simple and index is steady, it is worth making more widespread and studying further.
