摘要
实验以间二甲苯、自制引发剂、氯气为原料,经光氯化、乌洛托品氧化水解合成1,3-苯二甲醛。讨论了催化剂对氧化水解反应的影响,通过实验对比表明:用乌洛托品替代传统的硝酸进行催化水解,使该工艺获得了更高的收率,收率大于50%,产品纯度在99.5%以上,单一杂质质量分数低于0.3%。该工艺从根本上解决了产物中杂质含量过高和硝酸对设备腐蚀的问题。
Synthesis of 1,3-benzenedialdehyde from m-xylene by photo-chlorination and catalytic oxidation was studied. The total yield was above 50% with the purity of the product above 99.5%. The content of any single by-products is less than 0.3 %.
