摘要
对我国海外矿业投资的现状做了简要的阐述,分别从政府和企业的层面上,分析了我国企业实施海外矿业投资的过程中所存在的问题和不足,并给政府和企业提出了如何使我国的海外矿业投资更加有效的对策和建议。
Give a brief expounding on current situation in overseas mining investment of our country＇s enterprise. Analyse the problem and deficiency which consist in the implementation of overseas mining investment of our country＇s enterprises from the government and enterprise respectively. And put forward some countermeasure and suggestion to the government and enterprises on how to make China＇s overseas mining investment more effective.
