依据项目管理知识体系,本文阐述了商业性探矿权项目的风险识别、风险分析、风险应对和风险监控等,旨在为如火如荼的探矿权市场经营提供一点风险管理上的参考意见。
Based on the knowledge system of Project Management, this article expounds the risk identification, risk analysis, risk tackling, risk monitoring of commercial exploration project, and aims at offering any advice on risk management for the operation of prospecting exploration market.
