摘要
本文将废啤酒废酵母制成一种新型的生物吸附剂,通过正交方法研究不同温度、时间、pH值,以及不同初始Cu2+浓度和废啤酒酵母浓度条件下,废酵母对Cu2+的吸附能力。结果表明,吸附温度为25℃、吸附时间为90 min、pH 5、废酵母的浓度为2 g.L-1、初始Cu2+浓度为40mg.L-1的条件下,废啤酒酵母对Cu2+吸附率可达92%以上。该工艺简单,以废治废,具有良好的应用前景。
In this paper the wast beer yeast was used as biosorbent for the biosorption of Cu^2+ for exploiting a new type of biosorbent. The hiosorption action of Cu^2+ was studied with waste beer yeast by the orthogonal method in diferent temperature, time, pH, initial eopperion density and yeast density condition. The results show that the removal rate of Cu^2+ can be over 92 M under the condition of the adsorption temperature is 25℃, adsorption time is 90 min, value of pH is 5, the mass concentration of yeast is 2 g· L^-1 and the concentration of Cu^2+ is 40mg ·L^-1. The technique is simple, the wastewater is harnessed by other waste. Therefore, it will have better applied prospect.
