河北省农村养老保险参保意愿的实证研究

通过调查问卷的方式对河北省不同地区农村养老保险需求现状进行调查分析,掌握农村养老保险需求市场的第一手数据,全面了解河北省农村养老保险的总体需求情况,并利用Logistic模型对调查结果进行了实证研究,研究表明:农村养老保险参保意愿与年收入水平成负向关系,与文化水平、家庭子女数、目前农村老年人的每月开支、有政府补助农民的投保意愿等四个因素成正向关系。并根据实证结果给出了完善河北省农村养老保险制度的对策建议。

the paper conducts investigation to the de mand of rural endowment insurance in various parts of Hebei province by handing out questionnaires.Based on the first-hand data, the overall demand to rural endowment is found out and the empirical study of investigation is made with Logistic model.The study shows that the willingness to take part in rural endowment insurance is negatively correlated with income level and positively correlated with education level, number of family s children, monthly expense level of old people in rural areas and government allowance.According to the empirical study result, the paper puts forward advice to improve rural endowment insurance of Hebei Province.
