In the new rural construction under the ne w situation,The thesis is focused on the financial support to agricultural infrastructure construction, trying to find out the reasons of the current problems by analyze the status quo, aimed at offering some thoughts and advice for the financial support to agricultural infrastructure construction in the new countryside construction.
