摘要
人人都是潜在的消费者,因此,消费者的权益保护问题备受关注。近5年来,消费者的消费投诉虽呈小幅下降趋势,但投诉的重点并没改变,消费者仍处于弱势地位。因此,应当通过各种手段进一步保护消费者的合法权益。
everyone is a potential customer, therefore, the rights and interests of consumer protection.Nearly five years of consumer complaints, though small, but the key and didn t change the complaint, consumers are disadvantaged.Therefore, through various methods should be further protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
