广东丰顺县的电声产业集群已基本形成,并成为了广东省丰顺县的支柱产业。基于"新钻石模型"理论对丰顺县电声产业集群竞争力进行评价,可以发现集群面临着诸如区域创新动力不足、高层次人才的匮乏、市场观念淡薄、产业协调性差、政府执政观念落后等问题。为此,建议从构建区域创新系统、加快专业化市场和电子商务平台建设、延伸产业链、建立人才支持系统、发挥政府服务经济职能等方面加快提升丰顺县电声产业集群的竞争力。

Fengshun County s industrial clusters in electro-acoustic product has been basically formed, and it has become a pillar industry in Fengshun county, Guangdong province.By using new diamond model appraising its competitiveness, we found that it faces a shortage of power such as regional innovation, the lack of high-level personnel, the concept of a weak market, bad industry coordination, behindhand administration concept, etc.In order to speed up the industry cluster competitiveness, we should build a regional innovation system, accelerate the professionalization of the, market and e -commerce platform, extend the. industry chain, set up human resources support system, play the economic functions of government services.
