制造业企业物流管理创新研究——以美的集团芜湖制冷设备有限公司为例

Manufacture industry enterprise logistics management innovation research——Take Meidi group Wuhu refrigeration manufactured Ltd.As example

本文以美的集团芜湖制冷设备有限公司为例,分析了制造业企业进行物流管理创新的必要性,并通过剖析企业内部物流管理存在问题,提出完善物流一体化模式、推行物流信息管理标准化、合理整合物流资源、投资基础建设、优化物流现场管理、规避存货风险、引进人才等改进措施,试图探索制造业企业进行物流管理创新的思路和方法。

In this paper, the author, taking Wuhu Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd.of Media Group as an example, analyses the necessity of logistics management innovation in manufacturing enterprises and ques-tions existing in internal logistics management, put forward some improvement measures as following：improving model of logistics integration, implementing standardization of logistics information management, integrating logistics resources reasonably, investing on basic infrastructure, perfecting logistics scene management, circumventing the inventory risk, introducing the talents, and then makes an attempt to explore ideas and methods on logistics management innovation in manufacturing enterprises.
