摘要
在应对全球化和竞争高度激烈的市场时,我们发现以网络为主要表现的企业间关系形式越来越多见。本文从经济学的角度,尤其是利用产业组织理论来解释网络化为基础的企业间的竞争和合作。意在使中国企业更好地把握网络化的内涵,并积极用新的竞合形式来应对市场环境。
There are more and more netlike connection s between corporations in the global and intensely com-petitive market.This paper makes use of economics to explain the competition and cooperation between corporations which are combined by network.I hope the Chinese corporations can grasp the connotation of the network and cope with the global market by using the new form of competition.
