目前国内电力施工企业正在逐步走向国际电力市场,在这个过程中必须了解国际与国内火电施工和调试中的不同特点。文章从强化技术和能力储备、强化调试过程控制、强化调试质量控制3个方面总结了作者参与印度工程中的经验。

Now domestic electric construction corporations are participating in international power market competition in gradually. During this process, different characteristics of construction and commissioning procedure should be known between international and domestic thermal power project .The paper summarizes author＇s experiences in India project from three aspects： enhancing technology and ability preparation, commissioning process control and commissioning quality control.
