摘要
全面、客观、科学、准确的教学评估体系对于实现大学英语课程教学目标至关重要。本文以教育测量学基本原理和大学英语教学实际为依据.认为大学英语课程终结性评估体系要结合学校自身特点和实际。综合考虑学生群体和个体差异,形成全国统考和学校测试相结合的两位一体:分析目前学校测试所存在的较为普遍的问题。即对命题工作缺乏正确认知、对命题过程缺乏有效监控、对命题质量缺乏科学把握,从新颖性、原创性、前瞻性和科学性等视角,提出学校测试要以先进的测试理论为指导,取得良好测试反拨效应.促进大学英语教学目标的实现。
A comprehensive, objective, scientific and accurate summative evaluation system importance to the achievement of the expected goal of the college English program for non-English is of utmost majors. Based on the fundamentals of educational measurement and the practice of college English teaching, this article suggests that the summative evaluation system of the college English program combine the national test and the school test, with due attention to the school's reality as well as the characteristics present in different student populations and individual students. An analysis is made on the common problems facing the school test, namely lack of proper awareness of testing, absence of effective control in item writing and failure in quality assurance. Proceeding from uniqueness, creativity, foresightedness and science, this article points out that the school test must be guided by, among other and promote the realization of the things, course advanced theories of testing so as to ensure a positive backwash effect objectives.
