门诊处方质量的评价与干预研究

Evaluation and Intervention Study on the Quality of Outpatient Prescriptions

目的:提高处方质量,保障患者安全、合理用药。方法:每月进行处方抽样调研,针对发现的问题对医生、药师及管理层面进行干预。结果:共调查处方64263张,其中不合格处方5369张,处方质量逐年提高。结论:《处方管理办法》的实施、多科室协作、临床药师的作用以及管理层面的干预可有效提高处方质量。

OBJECTIVE：To improve prescription quality and ensure patients＇ rational drug use.METHODS：The prescriptions sampled monthly were reviewed,and intervention measures on physicians,pharmacists and administrative personnel were taken aimed at the problems noted.RESULTS：Of the 64 263 of prescriptions reviewed,5 369 were unqualified.The quality of prescriptions improved year on year.CONCLUSION：The prescription quality can be improved effectively through the enforcement of ＂Enforcement of Prescription Management Method＂,cooperation of multiple departments,the functioning of clinical pharmacists and the intervention of the administrative personnel.
