生态文化是先进文化的重要组成部分和生态文明的重要载体。生态文化可以引领全社会认识自然规律,了解生态知识,树立人与自然和谐的价值观;可以为生态文明建设提供内在推动力;可以促进整个社会生产生活方式的转变;可以规范和引导政府部门的决策行为,使政府的决策有利于促进人与自然和谐。发展生态文化应处理好三大重要关系。

Ecological culture is an important component of advanced culture and the important carrier of ecological civilization. The ecological culture can lead the whole society to be aware of the laws of nature, understand ecological knowledge, and foster the harmonious value point about human and nature. Besides, it can provide intrinsic impetus for ecological civilization construction, promote the transformation of production and life style of the whole society, regulate and guide the decision behavior of government department, which can promote harmonious development of human and nature. So the development of the ecological culture needs dealing with three important relations.
