使用双膜法(超滤膜+反渗透膜)处理PVC离心母液,使之达到聚合工艺用水水质和纯水水质标准。该母液重新回用于氯乙烯的聚合工艺,聚合后的树脂达到国家标准。处理过程中产生的浓缩液,通过再处理达到初次冲釜水的水质标准或经后处理可直接排放。

The centrifugal mother liquid was treated by double membrane method for meeting the water quality standards of polymerization and pure water and reusing in polyerizationprocess. The resin after polymerization met the national standards. Concentrate after retreatment can met the water quality standards for primary washing kettle or direct discharge.
