摘要 本文根据某型预旋喷嘴设计了试验件,并通过真实尺寸预旋喷嘴流动特性试验,获得了预旋喷嘴流量系数随压比的变化曲线和出口总压沿栅距的变化曲线。结果表明,试验结果与设计值基本吻合,为某型预旋喷嘴设计提供了重要的技术支持。 In this paper, real size models of the pre-swirl nozzles were designed according to the pre-swirl nozzle geometries of an aero-engine, and experimental study was carried out to investigate the flow characteristics. The principles of the discharge coefficient changing with pressure ratios and the distributions of outlet total pressure along vane cascade flow fields were obtained. Results show that the test data agree with that of design. The research can provide support for the pre-swirl nozzles design.
