摘要
所建立的数学模型显示,"十一五"末期广东电网调度员将面对巨大操作量;在分析和计算的基础上提出了两种新的调度模式:在中调设立"总集控中心"和增设新的调度层次。这两种调度模式的正确性和可行性还有待实践的验证。
It is expected by the model created in this paper that the dispatchers in Guangdong Power Grid will face with too much workload in the year of 2010. Based on the analysis and calculation two kinds of new dispatching modes are proposed： one is to set up a centralized control center and the other is to found a new dispatching framework. Both of them are to be validated through practice for their correctness and feasibility.
