摘要
分析了河流水污染的特点及其影响,简要介绍了3S技术的概念及其应用,在此基础上,构建了一个基于3S技术的河流水污染监测信息系统的总体框架,并对其中的关键技术进行了说明,以期有利于我国河流水污染防治和控制技术与手段的发展。
The characteristics and influence of river pollution were analyzed. The concept of 3S technology and its applications were introduced. A river water pollution monitoring information system based on 3S technology was constructed. The framework and key technologies of the system were explained. The purpose was to provide reference for development of water pollution prevention and control technology.
