磺酸型自乳化端羟基有机硅/聚氨酯微乳液 被引量:6

摘要 以N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(APAETMS)为封端剂,对自乳化法合成的新型磺酸型表面活性单体制备的磺酸型水性聚氨酯(简称WPU)微乳液进行改性,得到端羟基有机硅/聚氨酯微乳液;考察了单体1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠(DHPA)和APAETMS的含量对磺酸型WPU微乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明,随DHPA含量的增加,磺酸型WPU微乳液的平均粒径减小,分散系数减小;改性磺酸型WPU微乳液的粒径呈多元分布,粒子呈核壳结构;随APAETMS含量的增加,改性磺酸型WPU微乳液的平均粒径增大,分散系数增大,表观黏度减小;当APAETMS质量分数(基于体系的总质量)由0.5%增至2.0%时,改性磺酸型WPU微乳液的固含量比改性前有所增加,最高可达到65%。 A series of sulfonic acid type hydroxyl-terminated organo-silicone/polyurethane microemulsions modified by N-β-aminoethyl-y-aminopropyl trimethyldimethoxysilane (APAETMS) as capping agent were prepared by self-emulsification in water medium. Effect of monomer sodium 1,2- dihydroxy-3-propanesulfonate (DHPA) and APAETMS contents on properties of the polyurethane micro-emulsions were studied. With increasing of DHPA content, average particle diameter of the modified polyurethane micro-emulsion became smaller and its poly-dispersion narrower. The APAETMS modified polyurethane emulsions were multivariate distribution in particle size and were spherical particles with core-shell structure. The increasing of APAETMS content resulted in: the average particle diameter of APAETMS modified emulsion became larger, poly-dispersion became broader and apparent viscosity decreased. When mass fraction (based on system total mass ) of APAETMS increased from 0.5 % to 2.0%, solid-content of modified polyurethane emulsion reached max. of 65 % which was higher than that of traditional polyurethane emulsion. Besides, the high solid- content emulsions exhibited pseudo-plastic behavior.
