This article introduces the basle information related to the nature treatment system（NTS）bio-wetland project in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park and the basic design concept of this bio-wetlana project： This project is the major part of SCIP circlihg economic model project, It will be made great contribution for the protection of bio-environment＇ in Hangzhou bay and to the build of the greeb petrochemical pruductioon base .SCIP bio-wetland project will form one of the magnificent industrial nature bio-wetland treatment systems in China.It will be created the new sustainable development way for establishing the resource saving petrochemical production base.
