摘要
介绍一种基于ARM9处理器内核、16位总线的四轴运动控制雕刻机的硬件平台设计方案.硬件部分选用MCX314作为数控装置电机驱动芯片,能够达到精确控制的目的,使雕刻机实现高精度、高效率的雕刻加工.同时,采用S3C2410负责外围逻辑电路的管理、后台任务的实现,使系统具有低功耗、低价位、体积小和效率高等特点.硬件平台采用模块化设计,极大地方便了系统的维护和升级.
In this paper, it introduced a design scheme of hardware platform based on the ARM processor core and 16 bus 4 - axis motion control engraving machine. The hardware part selects MCX314 as CNC equipment motor drive chip,to achieve precise control, to achieve high precision, carving machine efficient carving process. At the same time, it adopted S3C2410 responsible for peripheral logic circuit and backstage task, that system had low power consumption, low cost, small volume, high efficiency. Finally, the hardware platform used the modular design to convenient maintenance and update.
