摘要
针对工业中由于张力不稳定而影响产品质量问题,研究了基于模糊理论的直接张力控制系统.根据实际情况设定张力特性,实时检测电机转轴位置和传输带张力,与理想张力值比较,根据差值采用模糊控制算法不断调整电机控制电压.分析了系统的硬件结构,进行了系统软件设计,利用PC104模块实现了对传输带张力的连续精确平滑控制.
In this paper, a direct controlling system of force based on fuzzy algorithm is researched, since there are problems of product quality caused by fluctuation of tension in industry. Set the expected tension character,have real- time detection of shaft position and tension of transmission belt,and adjust the controlling volt to motor according to the difference between the expected tension and actual tension using fuzzy algorithm. This system contains hardware and software about controlling the motor, and also it realize smooth and continuous contolling of belt tension using PC104 module.
