线圈电流波形识别智能真空永磁断路器控制器的设计

摘要 介绍了基于C8051F005 SOC微处理器的新型真空永磁断路器控制器的设计,该控制器废弃了传统的基于位置传感器的分合闸控制方法,采用了新型的基于线圈电流波型识别的分合闸控制方法,提高了可靠性.同时该控制器具有操作电压检测以及对断路器状态的自动巡检等功能,并且具备远程微机监控和故障存储功能,从而使控制系统更加智能化. The design of intelligent controller in vaccum permanent magnet breaker based on the SOC micro processer C8051F005 was introduced in this paper. The controlling strategy of closing brake and separate brake in this controller is not depends on the position sensor but depends on the current wave of coil. This controlling strategy makes the breaker more reliable. The intelligent controller has the functions of operation voltage checking,breaker's stats checking. It also can be supervised by remote computer and can save the failure information. So, the intelligent controller makes the system more intelligence.
