摘要
分析了传统惯性飞轮的制动器实验台的特点,给出了电模拟和机电混合模拟制动器台架的设计方法,并在此基础上开发出了摩托车制动器综合性能测试系统,满足50-250ml系列摩托车鼓式和盘式制动器台架试验的要求。
The characteristics and shortcomings of traditional braking test - bed which rely on inertia flywheels. Electric inertia simulation is a good approach to overcome the shortcomings of the mechanical inertia. The design method of the brake testbed with electric inertia simulation or mechanical and electric inertia simulation was presented. Testing system of motorcycle brake comprehensive performance was developed, which can be met for both the drum brake and disc brake of the motorcycles within the 50ml and 250ml series.
