摘要
介绍了永磁同步直线电机齿槽效应产生的原因,利用有限元法,对永磁同步直线电机谐波分量和齿槽力进行分析和仿真,运用傅立叶级数回归,求出各次谐波分量,分析结果表明,采用分数槽短距绕组方法可明显降低齿槽效应的影响.为进一步拟合出齿槽推力波动曲线,实现控制系统的推力补偿提供依据.
The causes of slot effect in permanent magnet synchronous linear motors (PMSLM) are analyzed. The harmonic wave and slot thrust force are simulated by the finite element method. Every harmonic component is got using of Fourier series return. Analysis results show that the use of score groove short - range winding can reduce slot effects of PMSLM. Moreover, slot thrust fluctuation curve can be fit out, which provide advices to the thrust compensation for the servo control system of PMSLM.
