摘要 目的观察胸腺肽对免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清TNF-α及IL-2的影响。方法建立免疫性肝损伤小鼠模型,以正常对照组作为对照,观察胸腺肽对免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清TNF-α及IL-2的影响。结果模型组小鼠产生免疫性肝损伤,血清TNF-α明显高于正常对照组和胸腺肽组(P<0.01),而IL-2明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)和胸腺肽组(P<0.05);而胸腺肽对免疫性肝损伤小鼠可有效地降低TNF-α的值,而提高IL-2的值,从而对小鼠免疫性肝损伤具有保护作用。结论胸腺肽可提高机体的免疫功能,对小鼠免疫性肝损伤具有保护作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the regulation of thymosin on TNF-α and IL-2 in serum in mice of immunological liver injury. METHODS The effects of thymosin on the TNF-α and IL-2 in serum in mice of immuneological liver injury were determined and contrasted with the normal mice. RESULTS The mice of immunological liver injury were immuno-deficient and their TNF-α in serum were higher than those of the normal group and the thymosin group(P 〈 0.01 ), but IL-2 were lower than those of the normal group (P 〈 0.01 ) and the thymosin group(P〈0.05). Thymosin protected mice from immunological liver injury by decreasing TNF-α and increasing IL-2. CONCLUSION Thymosin effectively improves the immune function of the host and protects mice from immunological liver injury.
