摘要
目的观察雾化吸入法复制矽肺模型大鼠的动态变化过程。方法 应用超声雾化仪雾化石英粉尘复制矽肺大鼠模型,以血清MDA、TNF-α、TGF-β1、肺指数、肺组织切片为大鼠肺组织受损的指标,判断矽肺大鼠模型的动态病理变化。结果与对照组相比,模型大鼠自雾化6W起,血清MDA、TNF-α、TGF-β1显著升高;雾化12W,肺指数显著升高,肺泡间隔增厚,肺泡结构紊乱,肺泡腔及间质内大量炎性细胞浸润。结论雾化12W,可以形成稳定的矽肺大鼠模型。
OBJECTIVE To study on dynamical change of silicosis model in rats by atomizing SiO2.METHODS The silicosis rat model was replicated by atomizing SiO2, the blood serum levels of MDA, TNF-α, TGF-β1, the lung tissue of MDA and SOD, the coefficient of rat lung and lung tissue section were the index of injured lung tissue, and then judging the pathologic change of silicosis model in rats. RESULTS The lung tissue of silicosis rat model was replicated by atomizing SiO2 12 weeks.
