Pazufloxacin vs.Levofloxacin for respiractory tract infections:A Meta-analysis of curative effect

评价帕珠沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸系统感染的疗效。方法采用Meta分析的方法对8篇研究帕珠沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸系统感染的文献进行分析。结果同质性检验:χ2=5.11,df=7,P=0.65;合并效应量估计:OR合并=1.06,OR合并95%可信限为(0.77,1.47);效应量检验:Z=0.38,P=0.70。结论两组在治愈率方面无统计学差异。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of Pazufloxacin vs. Levofloxacin in treating patients with respiractory tract infections. METHODS 8 studies on the efficacy of Pazufloxacin vs. Levofloxacin in treating patients with respiractory tract infections were subjected to a meta-analysis. RESULTS Homogeneity test showed that the cited studies were homogeneous with χ^2 = 5.11, df = 7 and P = 0.65 ; and by combined test, the combined OR was 1.06（95% confidence interval=0.77-1.47, Z=0.38, P=0.70）.CONCLUSION The cure rate between two teams was no statistical significance.
