探讨洁维乐干预治疗ICU患者肠内营养并发腹泻的临床疗效

The clinical investigation of colloidal aluminium phosphate appllied to the patients with diarrhea complicated by enteral nutrition in Intensive Care Unite

目的探讨洁维乐凝胶干预治疗ICU患者肠内营养并发腹泻的临床疗效。方法收集124例ICU患者随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组在通过鼻胃管进行肠内营养的同时给予洁维乐凝胶进行干预治疗,比较两组患者腹泻发生率的差异。结果应用洁维乐进行干预治疗后,试验组患者腹泻发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论洁维乐凝胶能明显减少ICU患者肠内营养并发腹泻的发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of colloidal aluminium phosphate in curing the patients with diarrhea complicated by enteral nutrition in intensive care unite. METHODS 124 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Colloidal aluminium Phosphate was used in the patients of experiment group when they were cured hy enteral nutrition through nasogastrie tube. Then the incidence rates of diarrhea were observed and compared between two groups. RESULTS After interfered with colloidal aluminium phosphate, the incidence rate of diarrhea was significantly decreased in experiment group（P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Colloidal aluminium phosphate played a significant role in decreasing the incidence of diarrhea complicated by enteral nutrition in intensive care unite, it was worth being popularized in clinic.
