1000MW机组脱硫系统石灰石仓垂直提升上料设备的选择

摘要 某发电厂2×1000MW机组石灰石湿法脱硫系统采用外购粒径为20mm的石灰石在脱硫岛内湿磨制浆作为吸收剂,对石灰石的运输系统——石灰石仓垂直提升上料设备提出了两种不同的方案,即斗式提升机加埋刮板输送机方案和波状挡边带式输送机方案,对这两个方案进行了设备结构分析,通过技术和经济比较得出结论:斗式提升机加埋刮板输送机方案具有运行稳定、环保、占地少、安装及维护简单、设备投资和维护费用低等优点,适用于该工程石灰石垂直提升上料。 The limestone wet desulfurization system for two 1000 MW units in some power plant uses absoroent ootalned oy wetly milling and slurrying the outsourced limestone of particle size within 20 mm in the desulfurization island. Two different schemes aiming at the limestone conveying system--the steeplifting and charging equipment of limestone bin are proposed, i. e. the bucket elevator plus scraper conveyer scheme and the scheme of belt conveyor with corrugated sidewall. Based on relevant equipment structure analysis and techno-economic comparison, it is concluded that the bucket elevator plus scraper conveyer scheme has such advantages as stable operation, environmental friendliness, small occupied area, easy installation and maintenance, low equipment investment and maintenance costs, and is suitable for steeplifting and charging of limestone in the project.
