关于煤耗在线计算的一些难点分析

Analysis of Difficulties in Online Calculation of Coal Consumption

分析了目前机组煤耗在线计算的诸多难题,如计算模型的确定、煤质分析数据的取得、飞灰可燃物和炉渣可燃物化验数据的取得、燃料量和工质流量的计量、机组负荷与机组热耗的关联、环境因素与机组热耗的关联、汽轮机末级排汽焓值的确定、厂用电率的分摊、实时数据的可靠性验证等,介绍了现阶段煤耗在线计算模型的两类模式:化验数据填报模式和拟合公式模式。

The current difficulties in calculating coal consumption of units on line are analyzed, including the determination of computational model, the acquirement of coal quality analytic data, the test data acquisition of combustibles in fly ash and slag, the calculation of fuel and working substance flow, the correlation between load and heat consumption of unit, the correlation between ambient factors and heat consumption of unit, the determination of last-stage steam enthalpy in steam turbine, the allocation of auxiliary power rate and the reliability validation of real-time data, etc. Two modes of coal consumption online calculation model at present are described, i. e. test data filling mode and fitting formula mode.
