摘要
天津市土地开发整理工程类型区是依据天津市地貌特征,土地开发整理工程的相似性及土壤、气候等自然条件的地带性规律划分的.采用GIS空间叠置法,以地理要素相关分析法和主导指标法为辅助方法,在国家划分的北方低山丘陵和华北平原一级工程类型区框架的基础上,以本市地下水开采潜力、土地等级、土壤盐渍化程度、地貌类型、降水量及径流量为主导因素,将天津市土地开发整理工程类型区划分为津东海积冲积平原盐碱地治理工程类型区、津西冲积洪积平原综合治理工程类型区和蓟北侵蚀低山丘陵生态保护工程类型区3个二级工程类型区.类型区的划分有利于加强土地开发整理项目工程布局的控制,确定不同工程类型区的土地开发整理模式,指导工程建设项目安排,并为编制可研报告和工程设计提供依据.
On the base of the classification of the first-class of engineering type zones (the typical zones of the northern low mountain-hill and Huabei plain) achieved by our country, according to groundwater-exploited potentiality, the land grade, the satinization degree, geographical types, rainfall amount and runoff, the land in Tianjin is classified into three kinds of the second-class engineering type zones, including Jindong engineering type zone of saline-alkali land harness on the coastal and alluvial plain, Jinxi engineering type zone of the comprehensive harness on the proluvial-alluvial plain, and Jibei engineering type zone of ecosystem restoration in the low mountain and hill area, by using the overlay method in GIS. The classification of the engineering type zones is benefit for optimizing the project distribution of land consolidation, choosing project models for different engineering type zones, arranging the projects, compiling feasihility report and implementing engineering design.
