摘要
试验研究氧化锌减量对胶料性能的影响,并在减小氧化锌用量的同时使用锌皂类增塑剂ZD-2进行补偿。结果表明,在胎面胶生产配方的基础上,将氧化锌用量由5份减至3份,加入2份增塑剂ZD-2,再增加1份炭黑N220和1份软化剂,胶料的加工性能、抗硫化返原性能、耐磨性能和生热性能提高,成品轮胎的耐久性能达到国家标准要求。
The effect of decreasing the amount of zinc oxide and using zinc soap type plasticizer ZD-2 to compensate on the properties of compound was experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by decreasing the amount of zinc oxide to 3 phr from 5 phr,adding 2 phr plasticizer ZD-2, adding 1 phr more carbon black N220 and 1 phr softener based on tread compound formulation, the processability,anti-reversion property, wear resistance and compression heat build-up of compound were improved, the endurance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
